Name and description of the hiring department
Bell Canada Corporate Security is responsible for establishing, implementing, administering and enforcing the company’s security policies through various initiatives. The Corporate Security Legal Access team is mandated to respond to requests from Law Enforcement and Government agencies, as well as develop and operate technology solutions that meet Bell’s legal telecommunication obligations. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will assist and support the legal access team in the management of various projects as well as budgetary control, governance and program statistics. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading projects within or surrounding the legal access program. In addition, the person will be responsible for producing the required data/management reports. In connection with these reports, the coordinator will be asked to extract data (SAP/BI and other internal systems), analyze this data and include any necessary modifications to various reports.
Job Duties / Accountabilities
- Under the supervision of the Legal Access Project Manager, support the needs of the team in project management, by performing administrative and financial tasks such as budget monitoring, process documentation, material management, etc., while interacting with different partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate and prioritize, with the help of the Legal Access Project Manager, the
different stages of projects (including Legal Access projects, but not limited to) related to the execution of tasks and monitor their progress in various applications such as Microsoft Excel, MS Project, etc. - Manage and process cost recovery related to contractual projects – manage and follow- up using appropriate management tools
- Lead or participate in meetings/conference calls with clients and various stakeholders to review and ensure the progress of projects
- Extract data (SAP/BI and other internal systems) as well as reports at the required frequencies. Ensure the distribution of these to the various stakeholders and respond to different requests for analysis if necessary
- Participate in the development of files for the establishment of a structured working method (such as building platforms, building processes, tracking tables,
Confluence/Wiki, etc.) - Support the needs of the legal access team by completing administrative tasks
(including the Resolver tool, but not limited to)
The job requires an individual who is open to change, has strong business acumen and is results-oriented. Essential Qualifications / Competencies
- Collegial or University diploma in project management or finance/administration or
equivalent experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (project management, finance and/or reporting, documentation and/or process improvement and budget management)
- Must be able to obtain a federal government security clearance (required)
- General understanding of the concepts of project management, governance and
operational and financial controls - Intermediate level of MS Office Excel (pivot table) – a validation test will be done during the interview
- Intermediate level of MS Office – Word & Power Point
- Intermediate level of MS Project and other project management tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to document clearly and effectively
- Ability to quickly learn from internal systems
- Consistently exercise judgment, honesty, integrity and discretion
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision or in collaboration with other team members
- Ability to take on a heavy workload, work under pressure, multi-task, learn and apply knowledge quickly

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies
- Knowledge related to project management (Gantt chart, Agile, etc.)
- Knowledge of finances and cost management
- Experience with SAP (an asset)
- Certification in project management, an asset (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
Working Conditions
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday with a work period between 8:00 and 17:00
- The candidate must obtain federal security clearance, which includes a criminal record and credit bureau check
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
