The Bell Business Markets Client Services team is a multifunctional team of competent and dynamic team members. This team is charged with delivering a best in class Customer Experience to our customers in the Mid and Large business segments.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

The BBM Learning & Development team is looking for a Trainer with extensive background in Data products and ordering systems to deliver initial, continuous and new product/process training to our front-line operations client agents. In addition, the trainer will provide subject matter expertise and complete testing for new products and processes. The successful candidate must also be flexible as training hours can alter shifts and travel will be required.

  • Plan and deliver training sessions to facilitate implementation and accelerate adoption of products
  • Continuously improve/customize existing training programs and course content
  • Deliver dynamic training sessions using appropriate methodologies including face to face, online simulations, online testing and live environment order examples
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in UAT/ORT testing for new product introduction
  • Ongoing maintenance of all training documentation to be current and accurate

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of BBM Broadband and IPVPN order issuance and provisioning processes
  • Knowledge of the following systems: EOM, IPACT, NM1 and ATOM
  • MS PowerPoint basic
  • Strong team player and positive contributor
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with others in difficult/conflict situations
  • Highly flexible, versatile and self motivated

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Adult learning processes
  • Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
  • Data legacy experience
