Name and description of the hiring department:

As a member of the Retention Offer Execution team, you are responsible for the data entry of retention offers into the master retention offer repository. Working closely with the pricing, strategy and business intelligence teams you will be responsible for accuracy of offers and speed in execution of offer builds that will insulate our customers and reduce churn. Through vigorous testing, you will ensure that offers are built in accordance with the strategy to minimize time to execute offers and thus reduce churn.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Maintain master retention offer repository
  • Maintain the master competitive offer repository by monitoring changes in the competitive environment
  • Testing of offers once built to ensure accurate outcome of offer recommendations following the right customer paths
  • Ensure all the possible customer permutations are captured
  • Responsible for problem resolution and investigation through trouble shooting
  • Work closely with pricing, BI and channel to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintenance, reporting and ongoing checks for cleanup of existing offers

  • MS Excel advanced
  • MS Power Point intermediate

  • Telecom experience considered an asset
