Name and description of the hiring department:

The associate is responsible to facilitate the implementation and delivery of system tools, products, services, and applications. They review and analyze Business requirements documents and identifies risks and makes recommendations to achieve optimal results.

They create and or modifies training material and delivers to trainers. They create, run
and analyze test cases ensuring accurate results, adhering to strict timelines, and
minimizing Business unit risks.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Implements and delivers new systems and services to operational teams focusing on best practices and solutions
  • Assesses and participates in the development of System Requirement Specifications, test reports issuances
  • Ensures that various steps to implement a project/process are respected
  • Creates / modifies methods and procedures, and delivers training / coaching to various departments
  • Coordinates and manages training sessions
  • Supports all systems and applications at a user level
  • Maintains and updates reference material
  • Creation and maintenance of scorecards and reports
  • Analyze data/reports to provide insight into results
  • Participate in process improvement projects
  • Provide guidance, assistance and coaching to employees to improve their skills in problem solving, tools utilization, understanding of processes
  • Study, analyze, resolve and troubleshoot unusual and complex situations and submit resolutions to improve/update reference tools, aids
  • Communicate with external/internal customers
  • Making key decisions and providing innovative value added solutions or recommendations to challenges while maintaining a positive experience

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Expert Excel skills – Advanced level
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages SQL or SAS – Advanced level
  • Experience in analysing and reporting on complex situations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability to coach and train
  • Proven ability to multi task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Knowledgeable of operational procedures, processes, products and services

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of the following systems: FWFM, WFAS, BCRIS, Action!, UTM, TWI/TMI, Radar, Click
  • Knowledge of repair/provisioning appointment offerings
  • Knowledge of RADAR (Sector Management table, Blackfoot, Techprod)
  • Strong Word, Power Point and PC skills
  • Expert Internet comprehension

Working Conditions:

  • Current hours of operation will remain, however hours are subject to change
  • Hours of operation
    • 6:30am through 9:30pm Monday to Friday;and,
    • 6:30am through 7:30pm Saturday and Sunday
  • Shift /schedule flexibility (weekends, evenings & holidays)
  • Based on business needs hours of operation are subject to change
