Field Services – Vendor Management Team (VMT) Operations manages the delivery of timely and quality service provided by our vendors through innovation, simplification, and continuous improvements in procedures while focusing on delivery of all services in a cost efficient manner.

VMT – Reporting and Analysis is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and supporting our vendors. We design, develop and manage automated solutions to allow for deep dives into quality, performance results, metrics, cost-benefit analysis, load trending and forecasting to provide recommendations for quality improvements, process enhancements and cost reductions.

The computer support associate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions defined by our Quality & Process optimization teams.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following:

  • Develop automated solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and design principles
  • Assists in the collection and documentation of solution design requirements
  • Builds and test automation processes including integration and unit testing
  • Analyzes and resolves automation software issues where required
  • Participates in peer review of solution designs
  • Supports business process owners during user acceptance testing
  • Identifies and communicates risks associated with process automation candidates
  • Supports investigation and remediation of production level issues
  • Supports production deployments processes and performance testing

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
  • Development experience with C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Java, C/C++, Python, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and/or .Net is required
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering
  • Awareness of standard SDLC processes and change control disciplines
  • Ability to blend business analysis with technical skill set to develop efficient processes
  • Possesses good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Experience developing and testing software
  • Experience with Ms SQL and or DBA experience also considered
  • Experience with an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software, an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Tour start / end times vary between 7:00am to 7:00pm
  • Off tour work may be required
